Meet Dr. Geetha

Dr. V. Geetha is a Senior Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, Fertility Specialist, and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon with over 21 years of experience in women’s healthcare and reproductive medicine.

She completed her MBBS from Stanley Medical College and MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Goa Medical College, and is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, London (MRCOG, UK).

With advanced training in laparoscopic surgery in India and Germany, and Fellowship training in Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Geetha specializes in fertility care, IVF, ICSI, and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery.

Her areas of expertise include:

•   Poor ovarian reserve and poor responders
•   Recurrent implantation failure
•   Endometriosis-associated infertility
•   Recurrent pregnancy loss

Dr. Geetha currently serves as Senior Consultant at Madras Medical Mission Hospital, Chennai, she is a national board teaching faculty and mentor for fellowship students in Reproductive Medicine through the Institute of Reproductive Medicine .

She is a member of ESHRE, ISAR, IAGE, ACE, OGSSI, and TAPISAR, and has received awards for her research contributions in reproductive medicine and endometriosis.

She is Executive Committee member of TAPISAR.
